| Man picked up for OUI2 after crash in Hanson |

A Carver man allegedly crashed into another vehicle in Hanson last Wednesday then left the scene and headed into Pembroke, where he was arrested for OUI second offense and driving with a revoked license. Pembroke police pulled over David Dibenedetto, 34 of Carver at the corner of Union and School streets on Wednesday, June 24 after they received a call that he had been involved in a crash on Union Street in Hanson. Dibenedetto was arrested and charged with OUI second offense, driving with a revoked license, negligent operation and motor vehicle bylaw violation. He likely will face other charges in Hanson, according to local police. He was held at the Plymouth County House of Corrections on $2,000 bail and arraigned Thursday, June 25. |
