Residents will see work on the Pembroke Plaza project beginning this February, with the entire project slated for completion in November 2010.
Pembroke Plaza developers have the final OK to move ahead with construction after the Planning Board set site plan conditions on Monday.
After about three months of public input and meetings, the Planning Board approved plans for the Pembroke Plaza project Wednesday night. The board will finalize conditions at its meeting Monday.
Conditions for the construction of Pembroke Plaza were set on Monday night at the Planning Board meeting, which got heated when the discussion turned to the fencing surrounding the property. |
